Diabetic management services including monitoring clinics, classes, and exercise. Eat Smart, Move More, a program of healthy living taught to church or civic groups. Medical equipment loan: wheelchairs, walkers, bath assisting devices, bedside commodes, other. Closed for lunch from 12-1PM
