Dual Subsidy
The Child Care Subsidy Program serves families with children birth to five, not yet enrolled in kindergarten, and living in Cumberland County. Participating Early Care and Education providers must be licensed by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education and hold a 4- or 5- star rated license. If you are interested in contracting with us to be available to the families we serve, please complete the Dual Subsidy Provider Interest Form.

The Required documents are:
- Copy of your star rated license
- Holiday schedule
- Rates
- Copy of General Liability Insurance (This can be the Declaration Page)
- Copy of Expulsion Policy
