The Partnership is seeking qualified individuals and vendors for several upcoming projects. If you or your organization would like to submit a bid, full details and submission guidelines are available here. .
The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County administers the NC Pre-K program for Cumberland County. Applications to become an NC Pre-K site happen every three years. The next cycle will be for the 2027/2028 School Year.

Babies don’t come with an instruction manual… Family Connects can help! Nurse visits are available to families with newborns up to 12 weeks old living in Cumberland, Hoke, or Robeson Counties and at no cost to families.
We offer free, unbiased referrals for families in Aberdeen, Fayetteville, Laurinburg, Lumberton, Raeford, Rockingham, Southern Pines, Troy, Wadesboro, and the surrounding areas (Anson, Cumberland, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Robeson, and Scotland counties).
