The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County offers a wide range of programs for families living on base or in the surrounding communities near Fort Liberty, N.C. With our NC Pre-K program, we can assist you in finding FREE pre-kindergarten locally at convenient locations. We offer the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program to provide children birth to five years old with a FREE kid’s book once each month.

The NC Pre-K program provides FREE high-quality pre-kindergarten education for families who qualify. The NC Pre-K classrooms are offered at participating Cumberland County Schools, Head Start programs, and licensed four and five-star private centers. Space is limited and you can apply online today!

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails FREE books to children from birth until they turn 5, no matter their family’s income. Preschool Near Base at Fort Liberty, N.C.
Pre-K is an important part of your child’s education and prepares them for Kindergarten. Pre-K not only provides a great foundation for kindergarten, but it also allows your child to develop and grow while learning skills needed to be successful for the rest of their lives.
