The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County’s Board of Directors governs our organization by overseeing the administration and implementation of organizational vision and policy. This committee supports the Family Connects program by providing leadership, community involvement, engagement, and sustainable funding. The Committee collaborates with community partners who seek to ensure the program’s success in Cumberland, Hoke, and Robeson Counties. This meeting will be held virtually. The Partnership for Children of Cumberland County will be hosting two Smart Start Request for Proposal Pre-Allocation Information Sessions in July for potential new grantees. The next three-year Allocation Cycle begins July 1, 2024, and ends June 30, 2027. The Required Bidders Meeting will be held in September, and the grant will be due in November.

This meeting will cover the North Carolina Pre-Kindergarten Site Application process and answer any other questions about the NC Pre-K requirements.
