Provides training which teaches families skills and helps motivate them to improve eating and physical activity behaviors to achieve a healthy weight. The training is flexible and families can participate in one to four modules: Eating Smart at Home; Eating Smart on the Run; Moving More Every Day, everywhere; and Moving More, Watching less.
