Partnership employees can enroll in the dental PDP Plus Network plan during open enrollment in April of each year, 90 days after hire or rehire, or when an employee is eligible for a qualifying life event. The plan is provided by MetLife. Employees may choose from four coverage types ranging from employee only to family coverage.

The plan benefits are the same for all coverage types. The plan will cover all or some of the cost of:

• preventive procedures such as exams and cleaning,
• basic services such as fillings, sealants, denture repair and removal of teeth, and
• major services such as crowns, dentures and root canals.
