The Partnership for Children is proud to be part of the Healthiest Cities and Counties Challenges.
Cumberland County Department of Public Health and its partners have been selected to receive a $100,000 grant as part of the Healthiest Cities & Counties Challenge, a program funded by the Aetna Foundation, together with the American Public Health Association (APHA) and the National Association of Counties (NACo). The program supports communities that are changing the way they work together across sectors to reduce disparities in chronic disease outcomes.
We need your help!
By taking the Cumberland County Food Environment Assessment, you can help map the food resources within Cumberland County. It’s easy, and the first 100 participants will be given a $25 gift card for groceries! PLUS other gift cards, up to $300 will be awarded for participation.
Taking the assessment is easy:
- Watch the Google My Maps training video
- Submit at least one valid entry in the Assessment
- Review a map of all Food Resources in Cumberland County
