The Resource Lending Library offers high quality educational materials and professional equipment for parents, child care providers, teachers, and Early Childhood students. The Mobile Resource Van/Education Express is an extension of the library serving Cumberland County teachers and directors working with children birth to age five, not in kindergarten, and groups of individuals in the community.
