All requirements will be due to PFC no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 . Grantees are encouraged to complete the submissions prior to the deadline, if possible, to ensure adequate time for online processing and for Planning, Development and Communications Department's review. PFC Program & Fiscal Staff take into consideration other factors when reviewing/approving proposals, such as Smart Start legislation, NCPC policies and procedures and/or guidelines, etc.
